I been coming here since it open im a fan of a good Nevado but let me tell you the service here is so different than other coffee shop to not name them the staff here is mad is like they don’t know how to smile, I like my nevado with a little extra ice to them that’s an inconvenience lol

we visited this location 4/11/26 and ordered food and drinks. we were not asked if we were eating in or taking out so we got our order in bags and when i told them it was to eat inside there was no offer to switch my order to dine in so i took my bags with food and we ate like that at the table. One of the drinks was in a crunched cup that was tilting and rocking on the table when placed. i had to get up and ask to change the drink to a new cup that didnt look like they took it out from the garbage.. Afterwards they were offering 15% promotion to people siting at the venue and others that did not dine but were just sitting around outside got these promotional cards and even though we spent 45$ i had to ask if we could get one of the cards because we were not offered any even when the employee who had the cards passed us we werent given any. the girl at the counter smirked as they gave us the card after o asked about it and we felt as if they were laughing at us which felt uncomfortable. while the food is great , the customer service in this location seems to need more training on how the food is presented to the customers. This is the best Juan Valdez that I've been all around the world, not only the coffee and the munchies, their staff, they are real Ambassadors of the brand. I wished I had, at least, one like any if them. Kudos to Juan Valdez in the Circle!

My coffee came with an extra surprise! See photos below. A large metal and rubber piece of equipment was left In my iced coffee from this location. As of nearly a week later they have yet to reach out after I contacted them about this. Had I consumed this, it would have been much worse. Very disappointed in the negligence here. As other reviews had mentioned the server was overwhelmed as she was the only one there. I really liked this place the first time I went, and coffee was great, but the management is just leading to failure imo

A cute and chill place to chat and catch up. Everyone is super nice, and Robin gave especially great service. I’m not a coffee fan, so I was really happy to see they have other great options. The smoothies and hot chocolates are amazing.
